Take Your Medicine, Stay Well

Take your ART every day. If you're struggling, your case manager will help with reminders, side-effect tips and real support. Ask them, they care.

Your viral load tells the story. Get tested regularly according to clinical guidelines and fund rules. Our shared goal is an undetectable viral load because undetectable means untransmissible (U=U). We’ll explain your results in simple terms and work with you to decide the next steps in your care.

It’s okay to feel worried or alone—these feelings are normal, and you are not alone. A social worker of your choice or your MyHealth case manager can provide a safe space to talk and offer support.
